The brief

Dillon had a proven high-ticket offer and paid traffic already running. What he didn’t have was a funnel that matched the offer. His page was booking about 5 calls for every 100 visitors. Our job: build the whole thing from the ground up, and run the ads that feed it.

Here's the machine we built.Five steps, one job each.

  1. 01Meta adStops the right founder mid-scroll
  2. 02Landing pageQualifies, proves, convinces

  4. 04ConfirmationThey show up knowing what’s next

The one rule we set

No shortcuts. On anything.

A funnel is a chain, and it breaks at its weakest link. So every link got the full treatment: the words, the design, the build, the tracking and the ads. Honestly, that's the whole secret.

How we did it

Here's how it came together. In order. Nothing skipped.

01Copy

We didn’t start from a blank page.

Before writing a single word, we asked Dillon for his winners: the angles, ads and pages that had already made him money. Proven ground, not guesses.

Then we wrote two versions of the landing page, two confirmation pages and three ad concepts. So from day one, we'd be testing, not hoping.

02Design

Premium or high-converting? We said both.

Most funnels pick one. They look expensive and don't sell, or they sell and look cheap. Dillon sells credibility, so his couldn't afford either.

So every section got a job. The headline qualifies. The logos prove. The objections get answered before they're asked. And the call to action is there every time the reader is ready.

03The reaction

Then we sent him the first look.

A Friday night in May. One message, one link to the designs. A little over an hour later, this came back.

We'll take that. Then we got straight back to work.

04Build

Then we built it. For real.

Inside GoHighLevel, in three steps: landing page, calendar page, confirmation page.

The confirmation page matters more than people think. It tells every booked lead exactly what happens next, so they show up to the call ready.

  • Built to best practice, phone first
  • Responsive on every screen size
  • Every step tracked, from page view to booked call
  • A and B versions written and designed for split testing

Wait.

We didn't just build the funnel.

We ran the ads that feed it, too.

A funnel can only convert the traffic you send it. So we wrote every ad to open the exact conversation the landing page finishes.

Same promise. Same proof. Same voice. By the time someone clicks, they already know why they're there. Marketers call it message match. Most people skip it.

Why it worked

What actually made the difference. No hacks. Four decisions.

  1. 01

    Start from what already sells.

Dillon’s past winners told us which angles his buyers respond to. We built on them instead of guessing.

  2. 02

    Premium is a conversion lever.

When you sell trust, the design is part of the proof. A page that looks the part earns the click.

  3. 03

The ad and the page are one argument.

Message match means the people who click arrive halfway to booking already.

  4. 04

Every link gets the full treatment.

Copy, design, build, tracking, ads. Cut a corner on one and the whole chain leaks right there.
