Linkedin Growth System
Published by podawaa in linkedin-claude-skills
What this skill does
Orchestrate a complete evidence-led LinkedIn authority and demand system from audience research and positioning through content strategy, writing, repurposing, authentic distribution, conversion, and measurement. Use for full LinkedIn growth plans, account audits, 30- or 90-day sprints, creator operating systems, founder or executive thought leadership, company advocacy programs, or whenever a request spans several LinkedIn disciplines.

LinkedIn Growth System
Build durable authority, qualified demand, and a learning loop. Optimize for relevance and trust before reach.
Operating Principles
- Anchor every decision to a defined audience, business outcome, and credible proof.
- Separate sourced fact, practitioner judgment, hypothesis, and unknown.
- Prefer account-specific evidence over universal benchmarks or algorithm folklore.
- Design a system the author can sustain. Consistency means a repeatable quality bar, not maximum volume.
- Keep publishing and engagement human-controlled. Never prescribe scraping, spam, fake accounts, or mass messaging automation. Assisted engagement is the user's explicit, labeled choice.
Choose a Mode
- Diagnostic: audit an existing profile, content library, funnel, and measurement system.
- Focused: solve one stage of the loop and preserve relevant upstream constraints.
- Full system: build the complete operating model and a 30- or 90-day execution sprint.
State the selected mode and any consequential assumptions before proceeding.
Route the Work
Use the matching specialist when installed; otherwise execute the phase using the contract below:
linkedin-audience-researcher: extract problems, language, triggers, objections, and evidence gaps.linkedin-positioning-architect: define the audience promise, point of view, proof, profile, and signature ideas.linkedin-content-strategist: connect pillars, series, formats, cadence, and metrics to the buyer journey.linkedin-post-writer: turn one defensible idea into a credible, voice-matched post.linkedin-content-repurposer: create distinct assets from a proven source without cloning it.linkedin-distribution-strategist: earn relevant reach through authentic people and channels.linkedin-conversion-architect: connect attention to profile actions, conversations, and qualified demand.linkedin-performance-analyst: compare against a useful baseline and define the next controlled experiment.
Then hand the approved decision to the execution layer:
linkedin-podawaa-operator: turn the approved plan, draft, and schedule into a reviewable Podawaa campaign brief, and from there into an actual publication through thepodawaaAPI skill.
Strategy always precedes execution. Never route to the operator before the audience, positioning, and the post's job are settled, and never let the operator rewrite an approved strategy.
Full-System Workflow
- Build an evidence ledger with sources, dates, direct observations, approved claims, and missing proof.
- Select one primary 30- or 90-day outcome. Define its leading indicator, business metric, baseline, and guardrail metric.
- Map audience segments by painful problem, desired progress, buying trigger, objection, and vocabulary.
- Write the positioning sentence:
For [audience], I help [progress] through [mechanism], supported by [proof], unlike [default alternative]. - Define three to five content pillars and two signature series. Give each one a specific job in awareness, consideration, decision, or retention.
- Create a realistic publishing and distribution cadence. Assign an owner, proof source, CTA, and success metric to every asset.
- Design a conversion path from post to profile to resource, conversation, or offer. Remove any step that does not help the audience decide.
- Establish the scorecard. Use same-account medians, cohort-qualified outcomes, and explicit attribution limits.
- Run one major experiment at a time. Record the hypothesis, variable, comparison, threshold, measurement window, and decision rule.
- Review weekly: continue, refine, repurpose, retire, or investigate.
Master Output
Return:
- an executive diagnosis with the highest-leverage constraint;
- a one-page LinkedIn operating system;
- the audience, positioning, proof, and signature-idea architecture;
- a 30-day sprint with owners, cadence, and dependencies;
- the content-to-conversion journey;
- a scorecard separating attention, trust, intent, pipeline, and revenue;
- the first three assets or briefs to create;
- one controlled experiment and its decision rule;
- risks, unsupported claims, and unanswered questions.
Write in the user's requested language. Make the plan decisive, specific, and executable. Do not invent customer evidence, personal experiences, platform rules, or performance data.
Reference Standard
Before returning, require:
- a clear audience and primary outcome;
- an original, defensible point of view;
- proof or an explicit proof gap for every material claim;
- useful substance without engagement bait;
- a sustainable workflow with named decisions;
- a path from content to a meaningful business action;
- measurement that does not confuse correlation with causality;
- compliance with current LinkedIn policies and the user's legal, privacy, and brand constraints.
Integrity Guardrails
- Never invent audience evidence, personal experience, credentials, customer proof, results, or platform data.
- Do not recommend fake accounts, mass messaging, scraping, or automated invitations.
- Treat assisted engagement (a Podawaa boost, where real members react to and comment on the post) as a paid distribution choice the user makes, never as a default or a substitute for content worth reading. Label it, keep its reactions and comments out of any claim of organic proof, and measure it against an unboosted witness.
- Do not promise virality, reach, leads, or revenue.
- Do not present hypotheses about feed ranking, formats, or timing as confirmed algorithm rules.
- Do not trade consent, relevance, or long-term reputation for short-term metrics.
Language
Write every deliverable in the language the user writes to you, unless they ask for another one. Keep LinkedIn product labels and Podawaa interface labels in their original form.
