Who we are

Funnelslayer LLC ("Funnelslayer", "we") builds conversion systems for businesses. This policy covers funnelslayer.com, its booking and application pages, and the admin our team uses to run the business.

What we collect

Only what the work needs.

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, website, the answers on an application or booking form, and what you write to us.
• How you use the site: pages viewed, the device and browser, approximate location from your IP address, and the campaign or ad that brought you, so we know what works.
• Calls: when a call is recorded, the recording, the transcript and notes written from it. We say so at the start of the call and you can ask us not to record.

How we use it

To answer you, prepare for and run calls, send the details of what you booked, decide whether we are a fit, deliver the work, and improve the site and our advertising. We do not sell personal data.

Google Calendar and Google Meet

Members of our team can connect their Google account so calls booked on funnelslayer.com land on their Google Calendar with a Google Meet link. For that we read the free and busy times of the calendars they choose, create, move and cancel the calendar events of those bookings, and open the Meet so guests can join without waiting.

We use Google data only to book and manage those calls. We do not read the content of other events, we do not use Google data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except the services that run our systems. The account can be disconnected at any time from our admin or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which removes the stored access.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Who else sees it

The services that run our business, under contract and only for that purpose: hosting and database providers, our CRM, email delivery, call recording and transcription, analytics, and advertising platforms for conversion measurement. We may also share data when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar tools for analytics and to measure advertising. Browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are not sent ad or analytics tags. You can also block cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

For as long as we work together or you remain a prospect, then as long as our legal and accounting duties require. Ask and we delete what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

Write to hello@funnelslayer.com to see, correct or delete your data, to stop marketing email (every message also has an unsubscribe link), or to ask that a call not be recorded. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and we honor them.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
