Importing

How to import a GoHighLevel template share link

A share link is GoHighLevel’s own way of moving a funnel or a site between locations. It is not a snapshot, so it brings the template and nothing else: your pipelines, automations and settings are untouched.

  1. 01

Log into the location you want it in

Open GoHighLevel and switch to the sub-account that should receive the template. Whichever location is active when you open the link is the one that gets it, so check this first.

  2. 02

    Open the share link

Paste the link into the same browser and open it. GoHighLevel shows you what is about to be imported and which location it is going to.

  3. 03

    Confirm the import

Click import. The funnel or website appears in that location within a minute or two, with every step, section and setting intact.

  4. 04

    Make it yours

Change the copy, images and brand colours, point the forms at your own calendar or pipeline, then set your domain and publish.

Why these

Built for offers we had to make convert

Client work first, template second

Each of these started as a build for a paying client with traffic on it. The template is the version we rebuilt afterwards with the guesswork taken out, not a layout drawn to fill a gallery.

Written, not lorem

Every headline, proof block and objection is filled in with copy that does the job it is there for. You can see how the argument is supposed to run before you replace a word of it, which is the part most template packs skip.

Native to the builder

No embeds, no external page host, no second subscription. Sections, rows and columns in the GoHighLevel builder, so your team edits them the same way they edit anything else in the account.

Questions

What people ask before importing

How do I install a GoHighLevel template?
Every template here is delivered as a GoHighLevel share link. Log into the sub-account you want it in, open the link in the same browser, and confirm the import. The funnel or website lands in that location as a normal, fully editable asset. Nothing is locked and nothing phones home.
Are these templates really free?
The ones marked free are free. You give us a name and an email so we can send you the link and tell you when new templates ship, and that is the whole transaction. There is no trial, no card and no expiry on what you import.
Do I need a specific GoHighLevel plan?
Any plan with funnel and website building will import these, which is every standard sub-account. Agency and SaaS plans work the same way. If your account can build a funnel, it can take a share link.
Can I edit the template after importing it?
Completely. It arrives as a normal funnel or website inside your location, built with the standard page builder, so every section, colour, font and block is yours to change. Most people swap the copy and images and keep the structure, because the structure is the part that converts.
Can I use these for client work?
Yes. Import a template into as many of your own sub-accounts and client locations as you like. What you cannot do is resell the template itself as a template, or redistribute the share link as your own product.
Do the templates need the Animated Elements app?
Some do. Where a template uses an animated element, the template page says which ones and links to them. Without the app installed the page still imports and still works, the element just renders as a plain block until you install it. Everything else is native GoHighLevel.
What is a GoHighLevel share link?
It is the platform's own way of moving a funnel or website between locations. The owner generates a link from their location, and anyone who opens it can import a copy into theirs. It is not a snapshot: it brings the funnel or site, not the whole account, so it will not touch your existing settings, pipelines or automations.
How often do new templates land?
We add templates as we build them for client work and rewrite the ones that stop performing. Every template page shows the date it was last updated, so you can see what is current rather than what was uploaded in 2022 and never touched again.
The app behind them

The animation in these templates is one install

The counters, comparison sliders, highlighted headlines and animated backgrounds you see in the previews come from Animated Elements, our GoHighLevel app. Templates import and work without it. With it, they look the way the previews do.
