The button is the only element on the page that has to be clicked. A default builder button asks politely. An animated one reacts to the person about to press it, and that difference shows up in click-through before it shows up anywhere else.
Both button elements work two ways. They can render the call to action themselves and own the click, or they can attach to a button you already built and add the motion while leaving every native GoHighLevel action intact. That second mode matters: one-click upsells, membership steps and named funnel steps live inside GoHighLevel’s own Button and cannot be reached by any custom widget, so attach mode is how you animate them without losing them.
A call to action that leans toward the cursor and springs back when it leaves. The label drifts a little further than the button, so the whole thing reads as depth rather than a slide. Point it at an action here, or drop the magnet onto a button you already built and keep every GoHighLevel action it has.
A light travels across the button under the cursor, and the label inverts as it passes underneath, so the text stays readable on the button and on the light without anyone picking a second colour. Built for dark buttons, and it earns its place on one.
Set Target to "This button" when you want the element to render the CTA itself, or "An existing button" to magnetise a button you already placed. Attach mode renders nothing of its own and keeps the original button’s actions.
In built-in mode, pick from ten click actions: open popup, next step, website URL, download file, hide and show elements, scroll to element, call, SMS, email, or none. Popup and next step ride GoHighLevel’s own widget events.
Set the label, size, padding, radius, colours, icon and shadow. Spotlight Button is built for dark buttons, where the label inverting under the light reads strongest.
Pointer effects have nothing to track on a touch screen, so both elements have their own mobile treatment and separate mobile sizing. Use the builder’s mobile view before publishing.
