The FAQ block is not a formality. It is where the objections that would otherwise end the sale get answered, and on a long funnel page it is often the last thing read before the button. An accordion keeps it scannable without hiding it.
This one carries badges, so a question can be marked Popular or New and pull the eye to the objection you most want handled. One answer ships open by default, which is a deliberate choice: a stack of closed doors reads as work, a list with an answer already showing reads as help.

The questions that belong here are the ones costing you the sale: price, timeline, what happens if it does not work, who this is not for. Shipping and office hours belong somewhere else.
The first question opens by default. That is what tells a skimmer the section contains answers rather than headings, and it is what the builder canvas and a JavaScript-blocked visitor see too.
Give a question a badge like Popular or New to pull attention to it. Use it on one or two, not on everything, or it stops meaning anything.
Allow multiple answers open at once when people compare options, and keep it to one when the list is long and you want the section to stay short.
Padding, corners, colour at rest, on hover and when open, the border, the shadow and the icon side all have their own controls. On a light page a hairline border usually beats a filled card.
