Animated Elements privacy policy

How the Animated Elements app handles information when it is installed in a sub-account. The short version: it renders animated markup and collects nothing about your visitors.

Effective 10 August 2026

01

What this policy covers

This policy describes how the Animated Elements app, published by Funnelslayer, handles information when it is installed in a sub-account and used inside the page builder. It does not cover the funnelslayer.com website generally, or any separate service you buy from Funnelslayer.

02

Information the app collects

The app does not collect, transmit or store personal information about your contacts or your page visitors. It renders animated markup on the page and nothing else.

Every element emits plain scoped HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no external dependencies. There is no CDN request, no font download, no analytics beacon and no tracking pixel introduced by this app. A page carrying an animated element makes no network request that it would not have made without one.

03

Information stored by the platform

The settings you configure for each element, such as text, colours, sizes and timing, are stored by the page builder as part of your page, in the same way as any other widget setting. Funnelslayer does not hold a separate copy of them.

Installation and billing records for the app are held by the marketplace operator, under their own terms and privacy policy.

04

What the app can access

Inside the page builder the app runs in an iframe and communicates with the builder only to read and write the settings of the element you are editing. It does not read your contacts, conversations, calendars, payments or any other data in your sub-account.

05

Support communications

If you contact support, we hold what you send us, such as your email address, the sub-account or page in question and any screenshots, for as long as it takes to resolve the issue and for a reasonable period afterwards. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

06

Your choices

Uninstalling the app from a location stops it running. Removing an element from a page removes the markup it emitted. You can request deletion of any support correspondence we hold by writing to the support address below.

07

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what the app does with information, the effective date above will change and the updated policy will be published at this address.
