Animated Elements terms of use

The terms that govern use of the Animated Elements app published by Funnelslayer through the app marketplace.

Effective 10 August 2026

01

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Animated Elements app published by Funnelslayer through the app marketplace. Installing or using the app means you accept them. Your relationship with the marketplace operator, including billing for the app, is governed separately by their own terms.

02

What you may do

While your subscription is active, you may use the app in the locations it is installed in, on pages you control, for your own business or for clients you build pages for. Agencies may install it across sub-accounts where the marketplace allows it.

03

What you may not do

You may not extract, copy, republish or resell the app’s code as a standalone product, or present it as your own widget library. You may not attempt to circumvent the marketplace subscription. Building client pages that use the elements is exactly what the app is for and is not restricted by this clause.

04

Availability and changes

The library grows over time and individual elements are improved. We may add elements, add controls, and change default behaviour where it makes an element work better. We aim not to break pages you have already published, and changes that would alter the appearance of an existing element are avoided wherever possible.

05

Support

Support is provided through the support page on this site. We answer questions about setup and element behaviour, and we fix defects in the app. We do not provide general page design, copywriting or funnel strategy as part of the app subscription.

06

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will produce any particular business result. To the extent permitted by law, Funnelslayer’s total liability arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

07

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by cancelling through the marketplace and uninstalling it. We may suspend access where these terms are breached. On termination the elements stop rendering, and any pages relying on them should be updated.
