What it is and who it converts
Most dental sites are a treatment menu with a phone number at the bottom. This one is built as a booking funnel: every section exists to move a visitor from 'I should get this looked at' to a booked appointment. The two CTAs, book and emergency call, sit in the hero and again at the close, so neither intent has to scroll to act.
The hero sells the outcome, not the procedure, then backs it with a patient rating row and a scrolling strip of every treatment the clinic offers. The treatment grid does the heavy lifting: each card is a before and after slider, so whitening, implants, fillings and tartar removal are shown working instead of described.
Trust comes from people. A four-person team gallery puts faces and credentials on the clinic, a dark stats section carries years in practice and smiles treated, and five patient stories each name the treatment the patient came in for. The FAQ answers the seven questions front desks hear most, cost, timelines and fit, before the visitor has to call to ask.
Thirteen Animated Elements run across the page: an animated grid over the hero photo, highlighter and scramble headings, before and after sliders, an accordion team gallery, counters, animated testimonials and flip-text buttons. The cream ground and caramel accent are one variable each in the builder, so rebranding it to your clinic is minutes, not an afternoon.

About this template
- Does the booking button come connected?
- The buttons import with the funnel but are not pointed anywhere yet, because your calendar and phone number are specific to your location. Link Book an appointment to your GoHighLevel calendar and Emergency Call to your front desk number, and the funnel is live.
- Can I use this for something other than a dental clinic?
- The structure is an appointment-led clinic page, and it transfers to medspas, dermatology, aesthetics and physiotherapy without a structural change. The dental parts are copy and images. The before and after sliders work for any treatment with a visible result.
- Can I change the treatments shown?
- Yes. The treatment strip, the before and after cards and the FAQ are all plain blocks in the builder. Swap in your own treatments, images and copy, and add or remove cards without touching the layout.
- What do I need to install for the animations to work?
- All thirteen animated blocks come from the Animated Elements app. Install it in the same location and they run as shown. Without it the funnel still imports and still converts, those blocks just render static.
