We hire operators, not theorists.
People who have shipped something, watched it run on real budget, and can tell you what they would do differently. Remote, async, judged on output, working on funnels that carry money rather than mockups that carry nothing.
Applications are open year round. We reply to everyone who sends actual work.
What we hire for.
Roles open and close faster than a job board stays accurate, so this describes the work instead. If one of these is what you do, please apply whether or not a specific role is posted.
Funnel strategist
You diagnose before you build, you can read an analytics account, and you can tell a client their offer is the problem without losing the room.
What tells us it is you- You have taken a funnel from underperforming to profitable and can explain exactly what moved it
- You are comfortable owning a revenue number
- You have opinions about qualification that come from watching sales calls
Conversion copywriter
You write from buyer research, not from swipe files. You can hold a single argument across an entire funnel without losing the thread.
What tells us it is you- You interview customers and mine reviews before writing a word
- You have written VSLs, sales pages and email sequences that ran on paid traffic
- You take structural feedback well and defend the parts that matter
Product and funnel designer
You design for the argument, not the dribbble shot. You know why a section is where it is and can say so.
What tells us it is you- Your work looks premium and still loads fast on a phone
- You design in Figma and understand how it gets built
- You have shipped pages that ran real ad spend
Developer
Next.js and TypeScript, or deep platform work in GoHighLevel and Webflow. You care about performance because it is a conversion metric here.
What tells us it is you- You write code the next person can read
- You have shipped and maintained something in production
- You treat page speed and tracking as requirements, not cleanup
Video editor
You cut against the retention graph. You can turn a rambling interview into forty seconds that prove something.
What tells us it is you- You have edited VSLs or ad creative that ran at scale
- You work fast in batches and version deliberately
- You caption, you think mobile first, you never bury the hook
Media buyer
Meta, Google or LinkedIn. You optimize on revenue, you can read a search terms report, and you are unbothered by a week of unglamorous testing.
What tells us it is you- You have managed $50K+ a month and can talk about what went wrong
- You understand server-side tracking well enough to debug it
- You brief creative properly instead of blaming it
What you would be signing up for.
Remote, and actually remote
We work across timezones and default to async. Meetings exist when a decision genuinely needs a conversation, not as a status ritual.
Judged on output
Nobody is tracking your hours. The work either shipped and performed or it did not, and that is the whole review.
You see the numbers
Everyone sees what the work produced. It is hard to build for conversion if the conversion data is somebody else’s business.
Small team, wide surface
You will work across more of the machine than at a larger agency. That is the appeal for some people and the reason others should not apply.
Before you apply.
Send work, not a cover letter.
Two or three things you are proud of, what you did on them, and what they produced. That is the whole application. Thank you for taking the time.
