Terms of Service

The terms for using funnelslayer.com, booking a call, and working with Funnelslayer.

The site

funnelslayer.com is run by Funnelslayer LLC. By using it, applying, or booking a call you agree to these terms. The content is ours or used with permission; do not copy or reuse it without asking.

Applications and calls

An application or a booked call is not a contract. We review every application and decide whether we are a fit. Give accurate details, show up to the time you booked or move it with the link in your confirmation, and treat our team the way you would want to be treated.

Working together

Paid work is governed by the proposal or agreement you sign with us: scope, price, timeline and what each side delivers. If those documents and these terms ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Results

We build systems to convert, and we show real numbers from real clients. We do not promise a specific result: your offer, your traffic, your market and your follow-through decide what a funnel earns.

Recordings and content

Calls may be recorded and transcribed to prepare notes and proposals. Testimonials, case studies and results are published only with the client’s permission.

Third-party services

Booking, calendar invites and meeting links run on services such as Google Calendar and Google Meet, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for an outage or a change on their side.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Funnelslayer LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States state where Funnelslayer LLC is registered. When they change, the date at the top changes with them. Keep using the site after a change and the new terms apply.
