Most agencies sell pages. We sell conversion infrastructure.
FunnelSlayer started as a funnel build team and kept absorbing the things that were breaking around the funnel. Today it is 18 services across five departments, run by one team, for operators who are done coordinating vendors.
We kept getting hired to fix the funnel.
The pattern repeated. A business with a real offer and real traffic would come to us convinced the funnel was the problem. Sometimes it was. Often the funnel was fine and the ad creative promised something the page never delivered, or the tracking was broken so every optimization decision had been made on fiction, or the offer had never been positioned properly and no page on earth was going to rescue it.
We could fix the funnel and watch the number barely move, or we could fix the thing that was actually wrong. Fixing the actual thing meant learning to do copy, then design, then video, then paid traffic, then automation and tracking, then websites and the software behind them.
That is the whole story. We did not set out to build a full acquisition department. We built one because every attempt to stay in our lane ended with a client whose revenue was capped by something outside it.
The result is a team that can name the real problem on the first call, and then actually go and fix it, without introducing you to four other companies.
Six things we will not compromise on.
Diagnose before you build
Almost everyone arrives certain they know what is wrong. Almost everyone is pointing at the wrong thing. We look at the data before we touch anything, because rebuilding the wrong part is the most expensive mistake available.
The gaps are the problem
Every vendor can do their part correctly and the system still loses money. Nobody owns the space between the parts. We took that space and made it the product.
Design exists to convert
We care a great deal about how the work looks, and never as an end in itself. If a beautiful decision costs conversions it does not ship, and if an ugly one earns them we will argue for it.
Launch day is the start
Most of the gain sits in the first ten days of live data. An agency that disappears at launch is handing you the half of the work that has not paid off yet.
Say no out loud
We turn down work that will not succeed: no offer yet, no traffic, no budget to test with. Taking that money would be easy and it would end badly for both of us.
You own the machine
Accounts, data, code, creative and automations are yours. Nothing we build depends on us staying, which is the only honest way to earn a renewal.
The practical difference.
One accountable team
Strategy, copy, design, development, automation, tracking and ads under one roof. No handoffs, no vendor pointing at the other vendor.
Built on your stack
GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Webflow, WordPress, Kajabi, custom. We work inside whatever you already run rather than forcing a migration you did not ask for.
You own everything
Ad accounts, domains, CRM, data, pixels, automations and creative stay yours. We keep our methods, you keep the machine.
Measured on close rate
Cheap leads can make an ad account look healthy while the calendar fills with people who cannot buy. We optimize for qualified conversations and revenue.
Operators, not beginners.
Coaches, consultants, agencies, personal brands and high-ticket service businesses that already have an offer, already have traffic, and want the machine around it to match.

If the machine is capped by something outside the funnel, we will find it.
Tell us what you sell and where the traffic goes. We will tell you what is actually costing you conversions.
