Desktop and mobile settings

Sizes are not scaled down automatically from desktop. Each element that has a size has a separate mobile size, so you set what the phone should actually show.

This matters most for headlines. A 64px headline that looks right on desktop wraps into four lines on a phone unless you set the mobile size explicitly.

The settings modal has a Mobile tab beside Desktop. It applies the same mobile treatment the published page will use, so what you see there is what a phone gets.

Magnetic Button and Spotlight Button follow the cursor, and a touch screen has no cursor to follow. Both fall back to their own mobile treatment rather than sitting inert, but the effect is a desktop enhancement by nature. Do not rely on it to make the button legible.
